Back to the pool..
Swimming has always been my passion. I used to visit UIA female sport complex to swim..sometimes I went alone, sometimes with my students (usually they would babysit my babies when I got into the pool, sometimes with my colleague, Cikgu Rosmalena (in fact Cikgu Ros is an expert swimmer) and a couple of times with Hazimah, my sis-in-law. I believe in the fact that swimming is the best physical activity for pregnant women. At the 6th month of pregnancy, I still went swimming despite of protruded belly.
It has been quite sometime since the last time I dodge into the pool...now, I will make a comeback. Just got an offer from an exclusive lady's club to be a swimming instructor for the members. So, starting from next week I will commute from Gombak to Setiawangsa after school hour for my swimming lesson. Twice a week. Enough exercise to maintain my health and physical wellness...and also an opportunity to get rid of the stubborn adipose tissues around the buttocks and belly...hahaha..
The students? Not small kids or teenagers. But a group of mak2 datin! haha...can they understand my commands or instructions well? Can they cooperate? Well, just wait and see...
